Bazzookas plays Electric Castle 2026 at Bánffy Castle, Transylvania
Bazzookas joins the 2026 line-up of Electric Castle in Romania, the award-winning Transylvanian festival at the legendary Bánffy Castle this July.
We've got another massive one to share: Bazzookas will be playing Electric Castle 2026 in Romania this July. Held on the grounds of the 500-year-old Bánffy Castle near Cluj-Napoca in Transylvania, Electric Castle is one of those festivals you hear about from friends who come back changed. It was just crowned International Festival of the Year at the UK Festival Awards 2025, and the 2026 edition runs from July 16 to 19 across ten stages and four days (well, four days and nights, since this thing literally doesn't stop for 24 hours).
The line-up this year is wild. Headliners include The Cure, Twenty One Pilots, Teddy Swims and Chase and Status, with over 200 artists across every genre you can think of, from stadium rock to drum and bass, indie to techno, hip-hop to electronic. Nothing But Thieves, Wet Leg, Kneecap, Sleaford Mods, Dogstar (yes, the one with Keanu Reeves on bass), Yung Lean, Bladee, the list just keeps going. Dropping Bazzookas into the middle of that mix feels exactly right. Our sound has always lived somewhere between genres, and Electric Castle is built for exactly that kind of collision.
Transylvania in July, castle grounds, hot air balloons, a festival community that treats the whole thing like a four-day utopia.
